First Explorer Scout Investiture in the North East Birmingham District.

On the 10th of September the first Explorer Scout was invested during the opening ceremony of the normal weekly meeting. Darren is the first invested Explorer Scout in the North East Birmingham District.

2001


Redecoration of the Main Hall.

The leaders of the group got together over a weekend and redecorated the hall. Many signs have since been made to welcome people and explain what the group is all about.

1999


90 years of scouting.

In 1999 the group celebrated its 90th anniversary with a party for all existing and ex-members. To the left is the anniversary badge to commemorate the occasion.

Collectors of anniversary badges can purchase the badge by sending a cheque for £1.00 each (sterling), made payable to "34th Birmingham Scout Group" also include a stamped self addressed envelope. Click here to request the address to send your cheque to.
